Lloyd Easters is President of Crossroads Capital Group. As a
business owner and investor, Lloyd understands the needs of the
business owner as well as the demands placed upon them. With
experience in strategic consulting, finance, television, medical
management and marketing, Lloyd offers a diverse perspective for
business owners and investors. Lloyd has a B.S. in Marketing from
the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an MBA from Butler
University.

Dan Lacy has been a business coach for the last 20 years. Prior to
moving across the table and becoming a business advocate, he was a
bank business lender, ran a regional asset based lending company
and a bank venture fund. He has a MBA from the Peter Drucker
Graduate School of Management, Claremont Graduate School. He
currently has ownership in three different businesses and has gone
to the bank and personally guaranteed millions of dollars in business
financing.

Matt O’Connor has spent the last seven years as a commercial
lender at area banks; Matt now offers a more diverse set of financing
options for his clients. Matt grew up in Clinton, IN and played baseball
for Wabash Valley College before transferring to Indiana State
University where he received his B.S. in Business Administration.
Matt earned his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in April 2007.

Dick Hardesty is a rare talent with decades of experience as a
business owner, an entrepreneur, a banker, and corporate sales. Dick
was a commercial lender at two area banks before coming to
Crossroads Capital Group. No one works more diligently than Dick to
make his client’s loan work.
