Need Equity Injection for your project?

We represent a unique SBLC (Standby Letter of Credit) provider that is backed by cash, not other collateral. This type of SBLC is more attractive to banks and traditional lenders so that you can get appropriate debt financing while we provide the equity injection. Developer cash requirement is only 1/5th of the equity needed. Our instrument is fully lienable, collateralizable, callable, corporately transferable and corporately assignable. Instruments from $10MM to $500MM are available.
